Notes: Respiratory medications classified according to the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System (ATC). Reimbursed prescriptions (b) for short-acting beta-agonists were calculated from Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (RPBS) data and the Pharmacy Guild Survey (which includes over-the-counter purchases).
